Sanity Suite Foundation

Tests for the flows you can't break. In your CI, owned by you.

We audit your critical flows, automate the ones worth automating, and hand you a suite that runs on every pull request. One fixed price. No usage-based fees.

The three stages

What you bring, what you get, how long it takes.

01

Critical Flow Audit

We learn how your product makes money and where it breaks. Then we list every critical flow, rate its risk and estimate the cost of automating it.

US$1,5001 week
You provide
–A 60-min kickoff with your CTO or a senior engineer
–Access to a staging environment and test accounts
–Read access to your repo and CI
You get
✓A map of your critical flows, ranked by risk
✓A per-flow automation estimate
✓A fixed quote for Implementation, with the US$1,500 credited
02

Implementation

We write the Sanity Suite in your repository and wire it into your CI. It runs on every pull request and blocks the deploy when a critical flow fails.

Fixed price2–4 weeks
You provide
–A branch or repo folder for the suite
–Seed data or an API to create test users
–One reviewer on your side for the pull requests
You get
✓End-to-end tests for every flow in the quote
✓A CI job with screenshots, video and traces on failure
✓A handover session and a short runbook
03

Maintenance

Your app changes every week. We keep the suite green, fix flaky tests and add new flows as you ship them.

Monthly · optionalOngoing
You provide
–A heads-up on large UI or API changes
–Access to the CI notifications channel
You get
✓Failing tests triaged within one business day
✓New flows added each month within the plan
✓A monthly report on suite health

A Sanity Suite covers critical flows. It isn't full regression.

It is
✓Automated end-to-end tests for the flows that cost you revenue or users when they fail
✓Code in your repository, running in your CI
✓Fast enough to run on every pull request (minutes, not hours)
✓Evidence on every failure: screenshot, video, trace
✓Maintained by people with 10+ years of QA practice
It isn't
✕Full regression of every screen and edge case
✕A SaaS platform you rent per test run
✕Unit or component tests (your developers keep those)
✕Manual testing on demand
✕A replacement for your team's judgment

Case study · Dogfoodingaivan, personal finance

aivan is our own personal finance app. We ran it through the same process we sell: a Critical Flow Audit picked 8 critical flows, then we built its Sanity Suite in GitHub Actions. It runs in 4 minutes on every pull request and caught 5 bugs before they reached a release.

Questions about the suite

How do you choose which flows are critical?

By impact: if the flow fails, do you lose revenue, users or trust? Login, signup, payments and multi-user interactions almost always qualify. The audit ranks the rest.

What frameworks do you write the tests in?

Usually Playwright for web and Maestro or Detox for mobile, chosen to fit your stack and team. Your developers can read and extend everything.

Which CI do you support?

GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI and Bitbucket Pipelines. We confirm fit during the audit.

What happens if we cancel Maintenance?

Nothing breaks. The suite stays in your repo and keeps running. You maintain it yourselves, or come back later.

Do you need production access?

No. We work against staging with test accounts. Production stays untouched.

Can we add flows later?

Yes. Under Maintenance, new flows are added monthly. Without it, we quote them the same way as the first set.

Start with one week and a clear number.
