Terms of service · Bright Apps

These terms apply to brightapps.co and to the services Bright Apps LLC (“Bright Apps”, “we”) provides, including the WhatsApp assistant for real estate agencies. If a client has a signed agreement with us, that agreement prevails over these terms.

The WhatsApp assistant

We run the assistant on behalf of each agency that hires it. It answers the agency’s leads on WhatsApp from the agency’s own WhatsApp Business number, sends them listings, answers basic questions with the information the agency gives us and books visits in the agency’s Google Calendar.

What the agency agrees to

To message only people who contacted the agency or agreed to be contacted, and to stop when someone asks.
To follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the laws that apply to its messages.
To give us accurate listings and answers, and to keep the accounts it connects (WhatsApp, Google, CRM) secure.

What we provide

We set up and run the assistant, and keep it working. Its replies are generated with AI from the agency’s data and may contain mistakes; the agency can review every conversation and take over at any time. We don’t guarantee a number of leads, visits or sales.

Fees

Prices are on our site or in the client’s proposal. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any billing month.

Connected accounts

The agency can disconnect its Google or WhatsApp account at any time. How we handle the data we access is described in our privacy policy.

Ending the service

Either side can end the service with 30 days’ notice. We can suspend it right away if it’s used to send spam or breaks Meta’s or Google’s policies. When it ends, we delete the agency’s data as described in the privacy policy.

Liability

The services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Bright Apps isn’t liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what the client paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll publish the new version on this page with a new date.
